Our Mission.

Our cat hotel has been built with your cat's comfort in mind. 
You'll be able to leave your cat with us and know they will be safe, secure and, most importantly of all, happy in our luxury accommodation.

The hotel has a double safety feature to ensure your cat cannot escape. Each room has a lockable door. The main hall also has a lockable door. This leads to the kitchen room. So your cat will be safe behind three doors.

Each suite has a 2metre by 1metre room in which your cat can stretch their legs, a scratching post to have a scratch on, their own cat-loo and lots of toys to play with as well as a 2metre by 1metre outdoor area again with climbing frame.

We also have our own on call vet in case of any emergency.

We are also happy to care for your pet's special needs.
We provide standard wet and dry food and bedding for free.
If your cat has special requirements such as special food, medication or has a favourite toy, bed, cushion or bowl, we are happy to accommodate.
​Any special food, medication, toys or bedding must be provided by the owner.

For people with more cats, we can accommodate them in a larger room or in two adjacent rooms linked with a cat flap, saving you money on the overall price.

Conditions of Entry.

• To protect all cats in the hotel, your cat must have been vaccinated and treated for fleas and worms. 
• You will be required to show your cat's health book when you check-in.
• Please note.....We DO NOT accept stray cats because we are not licensed as a sanctuary and we cannot guarantee they are free from disease.
• Naturally, we cannot accept dogs or any other animals.

Other information.

• We have permission from the Ministry of Agriculture Veterinary Services.
• We have a licence to care for animals.
• The hotel conforms to new laws that came into practice in January 2015, with regards to sizes and all safety aspects.
• The law states that each cat should have 0.83m2 to sleep in and 1.67m2 overall.
• Our hotel provides over twice that with 4.0m2 per room
• The cleaning room has hot and cold running water as well as separate areas for food and cleaning gear.
• Standard food is provided for free.
• We charge per day, including the day of departure.
